MA Industrial Design, Central St. Martins College of Art and Design, London;
2003-2005:
Worked for Faurecia Interior Systems, R&D and Design Team in Germany.
Automotive interior design projects involving construction design, and styling
of a range of interior elements. In house Innovation elements on door panels
and middle consoles, and projects for Audi, Porsche, VW, Skoda, Seat, Jaguar,
Mercedes, Smart, Ford, and Opel-Vauxall.
1999-2003:
BS'c (Hons) Product Design, Brunel University, West London; 2001-2002 a one
year work experience at Faurecia Interiors Systems;
LANGUAGES
Italian mother tongue, proficient in English and German.
EXPERIENCES
2007: Organised and built with classmates the MAID show at the Innovation center, CSM London as well as the Art School stand at Salone Satellite Milan.
2005-2007: Worked with claystation.org at designersblock during the Salone Del Mobile, Milan, and the London design week. The ‘Mychair’ project was a mass participation event encouraging normally passive design audiences into active participation and promoting the idea that anyone can be a designer. The "Mychair" project than evolved into "design a bag", in collaboration with Porter International.
2006: Project with Tetley Tea (UK) to find new and intriguing tea rituals for the British market.
2006: Collaboration project with Nokia to design a near-future mobile communication device: outcome included a rapid-prototyped fused deposition model. Results were exhibited at Air Gallery, London.
